They appealed the case because they don't have the money to pay the judgment, aka stalling. The judgment may have been caused by the old CEO, but today's management is still responsible for the debt. Geez, just work out something with the plaintiff and move on rather than rack up legal fees. This kind of management style kind of signals to me that a crappy financing deal is on the way, but who knows. I hope you make a bundle on it, but I have to sit this one out for now. I need to see another 10-Q first.
