The 10-K is for the year ending Dec 31 2007. It is the liquidity level at the date of receivership that I am interested in.


The OTS cites insufficient liquidity for the reason for placing WMB into receivership. Kirsten says this is not so and the liquidity reports in Sept 2008 show otherwise.


Until these reports are filed in the lawsuits I don't see any other way of knowing this information.
