I think it is pretty much exactly what you just said. I know the CEO has reiterated to me many times his frustration about having the stigma that comes with a pinksheet. However, like many Chinese companies, he thought that the easiest way to go public was through a shell. His plan was to all along file with the SEC but they ran into a huge delay over how to account for their land rights acquisitions. This delayed going to the OTCBB by well over a year. Despite it all, they are moving forward and once they get on the OTCBB I think it will be treated a whole lot differently by investors.
Ultimately, being a pink is what is holding it back right now.
