After doing some DD on XCEL i will now state i have failed in my efforts. I have failed to dig up enough info to lead me to believe a one man show with this set of services is unique. That XCEL is any better or even any different than it's competitors. They are cash broke and in debt and i see no way short of a miracle for them to make/raise cash short of selling stock to stay in business. I know you were looking this one over but i for one am going to pass on it. In fact based on what i have seen i have to seriously doubt they will make a go of it. Good luck.
