American Green Group, Inc. (AMNE)

I have been following this board and the comments coming from various sources over the last six months or so.

Today we have a PR that leaves more questions than answers.

Questions that are significant to AMNE shareholders include whether the cash is a once and done income for AMNE for their Ecosafe asset. If so then immediate liquidation would produce minimal pps value with 12 billion shares out.

Also, what is AMNE's income stream after the sale? That is what ultimately drives the pps via positive eps.

Unfortunately what has been announced today has more probability of reducing the pps to a lower point with no recovery in sight than the opposite possibility.

Beyond that and being objective instead of wishful, what has gone on via the various PR's and announced relationships seems contrived and only for the benefit of those running AMNE.

I have talked to Gary Gray on several occasions and he sounded legit. But that seems incidental at the moment.

I hate to say it but it appears that Jon has been right all along on this one.

The rest, myself included, got fooled.

I hope I am wrong but seriously doubt it.
