IMO,many people are over reacting in a negative way before the facts and agreements have been finalized. This is just my opinion. In the pr dated 09/17/09 AMNE listed it's joint venture with Ecosafe Insulation of FLORIDA that will increase assets by 8 MILLION DOLLARS.ECOFL was completing a reverse merger in the next few days and will issue AMNE A FIFTY percent stake in the new company. At the current market value AMNE would realize a gain to its net assets of 8 million dollars. That company turned out to be TGGI.My guess is that AMNE wanted to raise capital using the value of 8 million based on it's 50 % EQUITY stake in new company according to pr.Now the pr today states AMNE and TGGI will rescind that joint venture agreement and AMNE will return to TGGI the 50 million shares of TGGI it received in SEPTEMBER.The question is what will a third party fairness opinion say is a fair market value on the ecosafe division of AMNE.8 MILLION? 30 million ? 5 MILLION ?The completion will take place in the first quarter of 2010.AMNE and TGGI will work together for a seemless transaction.AMNE will work with TGGI in developing INFINITE R brand and bring the product to market in 2010.In conclusion,AMNE has control of INFINITE R. It did not sell any rights or control of product.IMO,they are getting cash upfront and they will let TGGI build distribution using ecosafe premium foam.IMO,ECOSAFE premium foam will not revolutionize insulation industry.INFINITE R WILL
