I feel she was actually worried about WMB being under capitalized and kept worrying about it to a point where no one had answers. Well, everyone understands that point and I am sure the lawyers are more than capable of extracting the right information and using it when needed.

Like John pointed out, if there was any evidence that WMI was under-capitalized, then that would be the first thing FDIC/JPM would have brought out and nothing would be blacked out from the "Freedom of Information Act"!! But it now proves more than ever that they have more to hide than they are able to. Senior OTS boardmembers exiting after the heist... maybe they don't want to be caught with BEAR and DEMON in this scandal!!
