KMT no what I meant was the rumers that were floating around I did not want to repeat on this board they are all the same rumors that we all have heard in the past, tender offers, more dividends and that kind of stuff, and I am also saying that nobody there heard anything like that from the company's involved.

It was obvious with all the balloons that were above the company had planned on some type of announcement that would be followed by the dropping of the balloons.
