Shares are routinely swapped amongst MM's to keep themselves "Legal"... and we have about 45 mill locked up...

The company has been working on several acquistions... and some are imminent...

As we have all seen... the minute any pressure comes.. the MM's move out of the way quickly... once one starts to cover... the others will out bid to get theirs cheaper... and thus the squeeze starts...
