Dufus is dufus and deserves everything that will happen to him. I lost as well and many did because he failed to display or even discuss the truth. People were asking valid questions of his and the companies intentions. People were willing to give him the benefit of doubt, but yet he took to the airwaves, blogs and any other methods to tell more of his lies. He even made up stories that people were after him. People bought the kool-aid and some are paying it with their lives.

The thing is even after it was halted he continued spilling his lies that the company was solid, yet even when he was given the opportunity to support the truth in court he did not even show up in court one time.

Alot of people have pledge to make sure he never takes a seat at the head of company again. We may not be here when that happens, but these blogs will giving detail of dufus's intent of more lies in the future. He has no remorse for what he did. All of sudden he has lawyer, only when actual jail time is presented. Where is the money coming from all of sudden, he has not been working and times are tough in the economy.

It is going to take a month for him and his lawyer to get prepared with all the documentation and if I am not wrong, lawyers charge by the hour, and the bill will not be cheap. Again where is the money coming from, the bonds. The sale of his horses, his property.

Just thoughts, but dufus is going to jail.
