i spoke to louis vatour,last week..he said he has the exclusive rights to gh3..
he said he was the one who turned flo ternes into the sec , and he stated flo is a big time crook and liar. i asked that he should contact flo and get the shell and run the company right. he said he wouldn't know where to start to run a public company. i told him if flo damaged him that he should get ahold of his attorney and demand the shell company as compensation for damaging him. i told him that nevada sos still shows him as a director of the company. louis was not aware of that and was quite concerned ...

louis vatour said very quickly that he will call his attorney immediately..

flo ,months ago ,told me he sold the shell ,months ago, but it appears he lied to me too, because nevada sos still shows flo ternes ceo and nevada state is owed money to bring it current.
