No date has been set for a reverse split because the votes have not be counted, it is not a sure thing that one will happen. The ratio will depend on the vote also from my understanding.

I suggest that every shareholder pick up the phone and call Greg that way you have a clear understanding of whats happening in relation to the issue of a reverse split. I would like to state one more time it is not a guarantee that one will happen a vote must take place first.
