If the country was 75/25 for Bush after 9/11

We disagree again here hap. For the days and weeks following 9/11 I believe the country was 97% for Bush. I would say 100% but that's not possible.

He had the country and the world eating out of his hand at that time IMO.

It was when he made the decision to go into Iraq without thinking it through that the country became divided. Again, this is just my opinion.
