For some reason the figure 45 comes to mind. I don't know if that is calendar or business days...

If it is 45 calendar days, that makes the deadline Nov. 14th (a Sunday), so to be safe I would think the last ok filing day would be the 12th...but, then again, the new guy might file it anytime between now and then, as JF said he really wanted to file on time...
