i still dont know what price we have to hit to trigger the cvr's

and if it has to trade at that price for the whole 60 days or once it hits the trigger price then it converts for us.

I think we need a shareprice above 40 to get anything at all, but I am not 100% on that. I'm just not smart enough to do the math
