What I think happened re the trading halt on UCAD was that the heat was on .. BIG TIME over the divvy distribution and the stock split. Panic set in because the cover cannot be made .. so the appropriate regulatory agencies were 'leaned on' to halt the trading. Keep your eye on GEMM now. This showdown is just starting.
