Coinciding with the beginning of the UN conference on climate change in Copenhagen, a US body has opened a new door to legislation that may reduce greenhouse gas emissions. The EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) concludes that carbon dioxide and five other greenhouse gases are a threat to public health.
