How can you compare this to "most" pinks? Just about all pinks i have ever seen never had written contracts that can actually be verified, even when they put a pr about it! Sphe hasnt put anything out about contracts, however a little DD and you see they are taking care of business and with the government.

I would reconsider your pessimistic attitude, or why not just sell? Im seriously not trying to be an ass at all but any strategy with a "buy and pray" mentality wont make you any money. If you sell now you can get out without the huge selloff that would happen with bad news and you will at least keep a fair amount of that money you put in.
