that is true. that would be a reason for having raised the A/S the authorized shares. for later issuance to acquire dispensaries and the likes, cars and women.
most companies that trade publicly at this level have a big idea and no $$$
so they tell you what they will do. big plans, big plans. you give them your money and
they don't have to tell you anything. one time i gave a guy my money and he told me he'd be right back. i felt strange about it. he didn't come back. he gave me a real good pr though so i believed him. i lost. anyway, the more shares they have to work with the more they can give to dispensaries and growers to work with them and if its a success, everyone is happy and can pass the six foot. takes two to run that thing.
