so if QBID has 50 billion a/s now and increased to this level for acquisitions why would they not r/m w/less shares as a possibility? My first reaction is that it would not work as well as just taking the chances that after Frank gets additional contracts (if he does)...the revenues would come in to give him more flexibility...don't forget QBID has common and preferred shares...so it's just not the cost of the shell I don't think...he has to as well financially compensate for those preferred?

yes I think they were GAAY before...and that one can be addressed by the folks here longer than me...
