Ehhh Oli !!! Yes I do stand corrected. I was referring to shorts that are undeclared. They are of course illegal everywhere. But I have found that undeclared shorting is actually still done quite a bit and it is these undeclared shorts that can literally 'kill' a deal. It is said that unsavory but powerful people do this stuff regularly and rarely lose. However in the case of BRYN no one really knows what is going on yet. I am concluding that to legally short BRYN would be expensive and actually could be dangerous to your financial health because there are big promotional groups behind this one and they are embellishing the facts to extremes. So it remains ... be careful. Good luck if you are still 'in'.
