I am simply expressing an opinion that will 99 times out of 100 come true. WAMUQ will likely see very low pennies again as the settlement drags on. These high paid lawyers are specialists at draggin out settlements that they know they have lost - Time Value of Money my friend...


Plus, if JPM simply drags the decision out for a few years they will be in a much better postion to cover the 4$ bill.
