Re: MNTA S-3 filing today

MNTA is refreshing the used-up portion of the $150M shelf registration filed in early 2007. Since the 2007 shelf registration was filed, MNTA has used about half of the available amount, leaving only half of the original amount ($74.65M to be exact) still available. Today’s S-3 filing adds back the $74.65M that was used in 2008-2009 to restore the amount available under the shelf to $150M.
