Clearly you are misinformed about the flying out of the Bin Ladens and what was said in 9-11. What is true is private planes were grounded by our government and the Bin Ladens were allowed to fly their private planes in American air space as planes picked them up in various airports. They then were allowed to fly out of the country with a cursory interview from the FBI. Who gave permission - Richard Clarke.

There were no other private planes allowed to fly in American air space.
