Ummmmm.....that was the filing on November 25. 14 days ago. They are warning a complete loss if they don't get the funding "immediately" (failed?) or now 16-44 days?
Ummmmm... "which would likely result in a complete loss of any funds invested in the common stock"
I've never seen a filing warn of complete loss in such a short time frame. Seems like this could be toast.
