If it comes out that over 2 billion shares of NEOM (YA's shares) were sold to an MSFT or the like for 40 cents, there is no way in h-e-double-hockeysticks that the PPS would remain at .012. It would rise to 40 cents (or thereabouts) quickly. Don't you think that if MSFT thinks the company is worth 40 cents that tons of other investors would too? Whether or not it stays there for long depends on many factors.

All of this is hypothetical and nothing more.
