A/S IFSL reduced by 400M shares?

Kaizer: where did you get the 7,800,000,000 A/S for IFSL?

If I look on the company info sheet on pinksheets I see 7,400,000,000 A/S as of sept 30th 2009 (same number also mentioned in Q3 update).

Am I missing something here? Did IFSL reduce A/S with 400,000,000 shares?
