Jersey..better get in line for some shares..If gene gets his and the shell gets theirs..there will some excesive dilution taking place. Gil didn't make such a good deal with Gene for the Gsi shareholders...25% intrest on a loan payable in a month with a late fee of 1mil shares. Seems to me a better way to get money would be to get it from a bank. how hard would it have been to borrow 23,000...most people can get that with a car loan at most 13% with better payment terms.

I guess Gene is a good entrepenuer!
