"In my previous post I was talking about malpractice insurance rather than insurance for patient reimbursement. "

I knew that when I responded. No additional insurance is needed for patients to give injections at home.

The total time talking about 207 ( about 1 minute) and 211 (45 seconds) of the total 20 minutes does not seem like to much time to me. This is the most recent data available. I was glad he covered that data. Why spend time rehashing old data. I also believe that the fact that this trial was executed in the USA means something to alot of people. I'am not one of them.

I also think the 10mg dose results and the 211 trial needed explaining. The results to me are exciting. I may be in the minority on that issue. I didn't expect the response in the 10mg dosage to be as good as it was. I would also expect the response to not last as long as a larger dosage.

Perhaps when used with visudyne a smaller dosage will be needed or will be enough.

How about the topical application. Is he thinking about a patch in which case you would think he would have said trans-dermal or eye drop or what?
