I Googled the Professors name at New Mexico College in Sante Fe. I came across this great PDF file of the Biofuels program they are starting at the college. It outlines the plan for an 11 million dollar sustainable energy technology facility to be built for 11 million dollars and completed in Fall 2010. There are also mention and illustrations of a biofuel facility.

Most importantly, there is the pages in the PDF file where they not only talk about the BEHL system and training on it, but also mention the model to train on.
