There was a heavy hitting post yesterday on Yahoo by Tobin Smith where he suggests CHTL now represents an even more powerful proposition and that improved PIPE financing may be expected, with a Shanghai IPO to follow later.

Conceptually it all makes sense and the price action right now suggests that there is sufficient substance to these speculations to have substantial new investment flowing into CHTL's stock. Right now this is a truly exciting story; let's see if a decent PIPE is in our near term future.
