Potential shareholder disaster? Is there any potential for neomedia shareholders, at this point, to be wiped out by YA actions?
Regardless if its legal or not, can they manipulate things to wipe us all out - even though Neomedia and YA have been under the microscope for so long?
Of course, they'd be SUED up the wing wang by a class action...
but is the potential still there?
I hate to think that FRAUD could squeek its way in, and my sons' financial nestegg may be in jeopardy. I haven't sat around here for 6 years so that YA can f___ with my future.
