(MNTA TEVA NVS) Update on Copaxone patent case:

• Teva has dropped its claim that NVS stole Teva’s Copaxone IP and used it to engineer a Copaxone generic with MNTA.

• The Markman hearing has been scheduled for 20-Jan-2010.
