What added value comes with this rate increase?

This feels more like an annual apartment rental increase than anything else. When Netsuite or SAP, for example, enhance a product, they don't say, "whoops!, you now have to pay more going forward." They fork the product by feature sets and provide additional options. So, if you have some set of features that comes with this ihub rate increase, maybe that kind of info would help appease my grief and confusion even though a blanket rate increase is a bit odd to begin with.
