That's a good way to do it - adding fka to the TICKER. That way it will show up in a board search but not attach the wrong quote. Or we can wipe the ticker and add (fka TIKCER) to the name. Same effect.

There is good reason to leave the last known name and ticker there in case someone is doing research.

I'd leave the category whatever it was as the time of its demise.
