Well we can hope but... "The Company will be paid proportionate semi-annual dividends based on its 18% ownership. Total dividends for Jianhe Coal will be no less than 80% of its annual net profit."
I'm reading that we get our proportional share or 18% of the dividends.
The entire dividends will be at least 80% of the net profit - so in theory we could only get 18% of 4/5ths of the profit.
