I am actually looking for the SPNG 8K saying they were cleared but that must be waiting for that delinquent 10K to be filed first.

Then again, all this talk of share structure and company repurchases taking place must be clouded by the lack of disclosure as well.

Maybe you can tell me how the 10K is coming. how the release of O/S is coming. Or how the SEC investigation is coming. Have you found those infamous foreign clients that make up a majority of revenues but clients Metter can't even identify by name at the Noble conference? These are all events that side with people questioning the company. What exactly do you have?
