proof of forged opinion letters, the evidence is on my site and elsewhere. the fact that you do not want to accept them is your own problem. Maybe you and 4Kids can set up a new rumor mill to refute the memo to the SEC and the resultant SEC suspension of trading based in part to that document.

SPNG shareholders clearly know all - except of course what is really taking place.
