My guess is that the SEC wouldn't have blinked if they didn't file the royalty agreement

absolutely correct. Certainly Marvel hasn t bothered to file an 8K. They seem to lump this one in with all the other prepaid small level deals

the SEC suspends trading only when it believes the public may be making investment decisions based on false or misleading information.
