Baseball Fan, for every turkey they have had, they probably also had a few big winners. They probaly only sue as a last resort so they can basically takeover the shell and put something in there that may get them whole again. At least one of the companies they are suing is trading at a fraction of penny with 91 billion shares outstanding. Not a promising look to the company.
