i can see the issue that is presented

that would be counterfeit shares hitting
the os

did the co. do this or was it someone else
entirely ..

i keep saying only those who are
*involved* know the true facts
re: who asked for this sec investigation
and when

what's your take on stock promoters
being compensated by stock certs
would a stock promoter know if those
certs are real or fake? is info verified
with those who compensate?

i can see how that aspect
could be a factor .. an analogy i'd
employ is the US mint changing out
paper money due to technology being
successful in counterfeiting bills
that just happened in the last decade

are stock certs now bar coded and are
they tracked by the respective TA's
to the accts they are deposited in

my knowledge of stock certs is limited
to inherited shares of GE and the stock
cert wasn't bar coded .. just had some
numbers on it .. that was then deposited
with accts at fidelity ~
