Yes, the current market value/ market cap is around $1.7m For the amount he paid Highbridge/Citadel etc that is a tiny amount.

another scenario (speculative!), now Malone has 'solved' the debt problem, now buy up the float, emerge from bk and the shares going to just a dollar would halve his bill to the creditors.
