Theo (fwiw) is claiming more than this, that Apple will not use Arrandale at all unless Intel bakes them some special version with no IGP on package. It doesn't seem to make much sense, when they could provide hybrid graphics, or just disable the intel igp, which is why I question whether he has the story right. Well, that plus the fact that the rumor is from Theo.
