A HUGE percentage of penny stock trading volume is tied to investors who use Ameritrade and Scottrade. With these two brokerages no longer accepting buy orders, demand for EXPH shares will be negatively impacted.

And, of course, this brokerage policy will not affect an investor from selling his shares. The problem is there will be ZERO buyers from Ameritrade and Scottrade to buy those shares.
