My impression is that LRB is probably too important to let fail. Intel will learn a lot about many-core and it will eventually be important for HPC.

I expect them to stay the course and if anything their resolve has likely been doubled. No idea when it will actually show up but obviously it will be at 32nm at a minimum and possibly even 22nm.

Based on how non-Intel fabs are floundering on getting out advanced processes I'm still very bullish on LRB vs alternatives for GPU at the time it is launched.

It still may be a struggle against dedicated graphics for pure display applications due to price/performance.

I also expect that Intel's integrated graphics to continue to gain share in the overall graphics market now that integration with the CPU has begun.
