It better be the floor; I think it is attracting quite a few new buyers at these levels, and people who have bought and sold before; and keep in mind what happened the last time it got 'pumped'; it basically went from 0.005 to 0.06 in two weeks; that was a 12-fold increase; if it gets pumped again from this level, it could go to 12 cents... actually the climb started from as low as 0.002 in May, so whoever bought at that price, and sold around 6 cents had a 30-fold increase in their share value.
