Why would they file Form 3's and pay for audits if their numbers weren't real? They continue to *LOWER* O/S, just like the last 10Q said (7 - 8 months ago), even though they continue to raise A/S and Class B shares. They only raise the A/S and Class B shares to trap the NSS. The R/S was canceled. It's all Drakeford's fault.
