by those who make a market and
the others who collude on a stock's pps

Of course there is manipulation by MM's and retail persons who own vast sums of shares that they can individually or by collusion manipulate any stock's PPS . That is the stock market and is not unique to EXPH !!

Thankfully there are NO toxic lenders to add to the downward manipulation in EXPH stock . That fact is quite profound .

EXPH's share price could be set on an upward trajectory in perpetuity if the PROOF of up to 70 % of the O/S were held by insiders and persons close to the company and who " electively " filed Form 3 & 4 ownership . The entire Market rewards companies that have such large insider ownerships and that is why it is a rock solid , incontrovertible PRINCIPLE for retail investors to buy and hold stock in those companies .

Still manipulated be those meany MM's and retail players , but light years more stable and much less manipulated because of PROOF of everything .
