Come to think of it, I did email her on Monday (to [e-mail]) and I haven't heard back from her. I asked that CKGT communicate to the investor community, give a review of 3Q results and update it's guidance, address the issue of CKGT's name misuse in the local cactus scam.

Prior to this communication, I spoke with her by phone the day after the 10Q was released. We discussed the improbability of CKGT PR'ing 3Q results, and talked about next communication with the street. She told me that CKGT was planning a press release in the near future regarding new products.
