Conservative? I bought into this @ .11, Mostly because Murdoch was buying in, on an average volume, himself, at market value.
Then he started awarding himself outrageous volumes, for what little (AS) there were.
Insider trading for this one only goes back to Dec. 31st 2000.
However the very bottom trade, was the last time that he purchased shares. and At or around the 10K volume.
His accumulation prior to that. Were mostly all purchases.
He used to be a Company president that looked out for the Company.
One of the greatest.
It is so sad, that he got bitten by the infestation bug.
Without they have raised the (AS) The insiders take will be 50% or more. That is so sad.
Check out his last buy, at bottom of list. They went back down to .05 when he stopped buying. Then started awarding to himself, and other insiders.
